Job Description
To assist with the management and growth of Private Banking client relationships and assigned portfolios, and to improve service quality levels to ensure that the team's objectives are constantly met and its targets achieved while maintaining client satisfaction and portfolio credit quality.Successful Private Bankers should be able to demonstrate their NTBs capabilities to ultimately deliver on client needs based around the sophisticated/tailored trilogy of private banking platform.Key performance indicators include:Number of new relationships opened with Fresh Funds to the FAB GroupNumber of new relationships transferred from within the FAB GroupNumber of existing relationships managed with the primary goal of increasing wallet shareThrough private banking disciplines such as:The trilogy of Private Banking, Fiduciary Wealth Protection (e.g., Trusts, Foundations, Offshore Companies), Portfolio Management, and Advisory & Discretionary services, including derivatives (e.g., DCDs), esoteric funds, aircraft operating leases, mezzanine debt, etc.Developing business across diverse markets and regions, targeting all areas of private clients, family offices, UHNWI & HNWI, especially with different offshore and onshore locations across numerous booking centres in a highly competitive environment.Providing clients with an above-average level of service in fixed income, mutual funds, and insurance solutions.Conducting risk rating analysis for clients.Growing the annual number of NTBs by 20.Providing support to the Director and Executive Director.Ensuring client relationship monitoring and completing all reports, including KYC, leverage/lending issues, interest charges, paid on time, maturities, etc.Identifying and segmenting target markets, developing business to widen portfolios, and implementing the strategic/marketing plan for Private Banking.Maintaining and expanding the current and future client base, acquiring net new business via referrals, contacts, and marketing.Proactively enhancing PB offerings, Group, and/or Open Architecture by initiating and supporting internal processes and workflows.Qualifications:Minimum of X years of industry experience.Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; relevant investment certifications are preferable.Knowledge of fixed income solutions with bond ratings classification from S&P, Moody's.Knowledge of mutual fund and insurance solutions.Ability to conduct risk rating analysis for clients.Outstanding communication and presentation skills.Strong ability to develop a network of target prospects.Market knowledge and savviness.#LI-FR1Remote Work: NoEmployment Type: Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
