Apt Resources is seeking a Director of Sales and Distribution for our client, a luxury hospitality organization operating in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will lead commercial strategy across corporate sales and distribution channels, driving sustained revenue growth and market positioning.Role OverviewThe Director of Sales and Distribution will be responsible for overseeing corporate sales performance, optimizing distribution channels, and managing key partnerships across the UAE and GCC markets. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and deep knowledge of luxury hospitality sales and distribution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute the overall sales and distribution strategy to achieve revenue targetsManage corporate sales, multinational accounts, TMCs, and global travel partnershipsOversee distribution channels including brand.com, GDS, OTAs, IDS, and metasearch platformsEnsure rate parity, content optimization, and effective channel mix managementDrive negotiation, dynamic pricing strategies, and RFP management for corporate accountsMonitor market trends, seasonality, and competitive activity within the UAEEnsure compliance with VAT, PDPL, and relevant tourism regulationsLead, coach, and develop the sales team while collaborating with revenue, marketing, and operations teamsQualificationsMinimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in hospitality commercial rolesAt least 5 years of experience in UAE 5-star luxury hotelsProven record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets for at least 3 consecutive yearsStrong corporate sales background with UAE or GCC multinational clients and TMCsIn-depth expertise in hospitality distribution channels and pricing strategiesSolid understanding of UAE market dynamics and regulatory requirementsStrong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication skills with fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
