Director of Operation and Maintenance - UAE national (Large Infrastructure)Full time | Black Pearl Consult | United Arab EmiratesPosted On 04/01/2026Job InformationNumber of Positions 1City Dubai337-1500Job DescriptionWe are partnering with a well-established organization in the UAE to appoint a senior leader who will oversee the operations and maintenance of large-scale infrastructure and engineering assets.This role will play a key part in ensuring operational continuity, asset reliability, and overall performance, while driving efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement across complex operational environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the operations and maintenance of large-scale infrastructure assets across multiple sitesDevelop and execute strategies to improve performance, reliability, and operational efficiencyOversee maintenance programs, including preventive and corrective activitiesEnsure uninterrupted operations while managing risks, incidents, and operational challengesDrive performance through KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiativesManage and develop high-performing technical and operational teamsOversee budgets, cost control, and resource allocationEnsure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standardsManage external contractors, vendors, and service providersIdentify opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and technology adoptionRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)Postgraduate qualification (MBA or similar) is an advantageStrong experience in operations and maintenance within large-scale infrastructure or industrial environmentsProven leadership experience managing large teams and multi-site operationsStrong understanding of asset management and maintenance strategiesExperience in budgeting, planning, and performance managementExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
