<div><h3>Director of Operation and Maintenance - UAE national (Large Infrastructure)</h3><p>Full time | Black Pearl Consult | United Arab Emirates</p><p>Posted On 04/01/2026</p><h3>Job Information</h3><p>Number of Positions 1</p><p>City Dubai</p><p>337-1500</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are partnering with a well-established organization in the UAE to appoint a senior leader who will oversee the operations and maintenance of large-scale infrastructure and engineering assets.</p><p>This role will play a key part in ensuring operational continuity, asset reliability, and overall performance, while driving efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement across complex operational environments.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead the operations and maintenance of large-scale infrastructure assets across multiple sites</li><li>Develop and execute strategies to improve performance, reliability, and operational efficiency</li><li>Oversee maintenance programs, including preventive and corrective activities</li><li>Ensure uninterrupted operations while managing risks, incidents, and operational challenges</li><li>Drive performance through KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Manage and develop high-performing technical and operational teams</li><li>Oversee budgets, cost control, and resource allocation</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards</li><li>Manage external contractors, vendors, and service providers</li><li>Identify opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and technology adoption</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)</li><li>Postgraduate qualification (MBA or similar) is an advantage</li><li>Strong experience in operations and maintenance within large-scale infrastructure or industrial environments</li><li>Proven leadership experience managing large teams and multi-site operations</li><li>Strong understanding of asset management and maintenance strategies</li><li>Experience in budgeting, planning, and performance management</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
