<p><strong>Job Summary</strong>: Direct and manage IT business solutions to ensure seamless alignment with organizational digital strategy. Lead the design, delivery and optimization of business applications supporting operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue growth. Collaborate with business and technology leaders to translate operational needs into scalable IT solutions.</p><p><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Strategic Leadership:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the development, implementation, and governance of IT business solutions.</li><li>Manage the application lifecycle including design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.</li><li>Align business and technology strategies to drive innovation and process optimization.</li><li>Oversee vendor and stakeholder relationships to ensure timely delivery and service quality.</li><li>Support digital transformation and automation initiatives aligned with the company's roadmap.</li><li>Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and data protection standards.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement through analytics, system performance monitoring, and end-user feedback.</li><li>Define the multi-year technology roadmap for the business, aligning it with company’s broader digital and business objectives.</li></ul><p><strong>Technology Enablement:</strong>Lead the evaluation and implementation of ERP, CRM, IoT, and data analytics solutions.</p><p><strong>Compliance&Security:</strong>Ensure all IT solutions comply with corporate governance, cybersecurity, and data protection policies.</p><p><strong>Education, Experience and Skills:</strong></p><p><strong>Essential Qualification:</strong>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.</p><p><strong>Desirable Qualification:</strong>Master’s degree in IT or Business Management.</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong>Minimum 10–12 years in IT business solution management, with 5+ years in leadership roles managing enterprise applications or transformation projects.</p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Proven expertise in solution delivery and digital transformation</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Strategic thinking with operational execution capability</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
