Director of Internal IT Operations

Design and implement the IT strategy for the company in conjunction of the Delivery Hero strategy from device and license acquisition to networking security and SSO.Define an IT roadmap to allow the company to scale as it grows internationally.Oversee the overall IT budget and provide monthly forecast.Oversee the IT projects and initiatives.Operate production systems for VoIP and IVR Upgrade company internal network to interconnect all headquarters local offices and tMartsClosely collaborate with HR and Tech departments.Automate key processes like employee onboarding and offboarding asset management access admin among others.Design and implement an account and permissions management strategy for employees together with the Delivery Hero ETS teamImplement and enforce a security strategy for the devices of the employees.Implement the necessary solutions from the IT side that will allow talabat to meet compliance standards like PCI.Lead POCs of new products that could be useful for talabat.Lead the evolution of our help-desk service to assist talabat employees with IT issues.Manage our vendor relationships acting as an owner in terms of budget allocation and efficiencyManage a distributed team across the regionQualifications : Great communication skills written and spoken in English. Arabic would be a plus.A lot of flexibility and ability to decide on the go: If you are used to a traditional setting with everything thoroughly structured and processes flowing smoothly everywhere - this is not what you will find!At least 5 years of experience managing an IT team in a mid-size company with distributed officesExperience deploying endpoint protection software and security policiesProficiency in at least one programming language and scripting.Experience with automation and integrations.
