In this pivotal role, you will partner with senior management to drive financial excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the organization’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with collaborative leadership, fostering a culture of transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all financial functions.Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational goalsDevelop and manage comprehensive annual budgets and operational cash flow forecasts, providing strategic recommendations to optimize profitability and long‑term financial healthSupervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that promotes professional development and accountabilityImplement and maintain robust systems of internal accounting controls to ensure all transactions comply with internal policies and Saudi Arabia statutory requirementsPrepare detailed financial reports and variance analyses for management and stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations in a clear and transparent mannerManage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentationConduct monthly and year‑end reconciliations of all general ledger balances and bank accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptlyReview and validate all internal and external financial reporting before distribution, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirementsOversee tax compliance and ensure all tax‑related matters are handled in strict accordance with local legislation and best practicesAnalyze financial performance metrics and operational costs, providing actionable insights to support cost control initiatives and revenue optimizationReview and evaluate proposed contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and protecting organizational interestsPrepare the organization for internal and external audits, maintaining comprehensive documentation and demonstrating readiness for audit exercisesCollaborate with operational departments to provide financial guidance, support decision‑making, and drive organizational efficiencyStay current with financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices, implementing innovations that enhance financial processes and reportingPerform additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management within the scope of the finance functionQualificationsMinimum 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting management, with at least 3 years in a director‑level or equivalent senior leadership positionBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCertified Practicing Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or equivalent professional certification (preferred)Advanced proficiency with financial management software and accounting systems; experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms is highly desirableStrong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reportingDemonstrated knowledge of general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliationComprehensive understanding of internal controls, risk management, and audit proceduresSolid knowledge of Saudi Arabia tax regulations, labor laws, and financial compliance requirementsExcellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop finance professionalsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to diverse stakeholdersAdvanced analytical and problem‑solving abilities with keen attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting toolsStrategic thinking capability with a focus on organizational profitability and operational efficiencyAbility to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining independence and objectivity in financial mattersStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesResilience and adaptability in a dynamic business environmentCommitment to transparency, ethical practices, and inclusive leadershipAdditional InformationBeing a Raffles employee means embodying and conveying the brand and the company mindset throug
