This role is pivotal in driving Quorum growth maximizing revenue opportunities and ensuring exceptional service delivery to end clients.The Director of Alliance Partnerships EMEA & APAC is a new position responsible for 1 the strategic partner programme for the EMEA and APAC regions 2 strategic relationships with high profile global SI partners 3 driving and overseeing a joint pipeline for new software business and 4 updating our approach for technology and tactical partners.Reports to the Head of International Sales collaborates with Regional Sales LeadersResponsibilitiesPartner Programme DevelopmentLead and update the strategic SI partner programmeReview and adapt EMEA/APAC programmes for tactical & technology partnersDeliver sales and delivery teams enablement programmes Partner RelationshipsIdentify and develop strong winwin relationships with key leaders in a small number of strategic SI partners in our core sales regionsEvaluate partner performance including joint pipeline deal closure project delivery performance transition to support regimeProvide ongoing SI partner managementCollaboration within QuorumRegional sales leaders account managers for driving partner led/influenced pipelineRegional services leaders project managers PMOs for establishing programme management processesGlobal Customer Care for support delivery programmesStrategic Partnership Development:Identify and recruit new system integrators and consulting partners to expand global delivery capabilities for Quorums industryleading software solutionsCultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations aligning partnership strategies with overarching business objectives.Develop and execute joint business plans with strategic channel partners to drive mutual revenue goals and customer success.Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal Quorum teams including services sales marketing product management to ensure alignment and maximize partner engagement and success.Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners managing daytoday partner relationships and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks and regularly assess partner performance against established metrics providing actionable insights and guidance for improvement.Lead initiatives to optimize partner performance enhance service delivery quality and drive revenue growth.Services Delivery Capacity Building:Assess and enhance partner services delivery capabilities. Design and implement comprehensive plans to scale services delivery capacity including training programs certification processes and resource allocation strategies.Continuously monitor and optimize capacitybuilding efforts to meet evolving business needs and industry standards.Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and execute gotomarket strategies for partner services offerings.Provide guidance and support to partners in crafting compelling value propositions marketing collateral and sales enablement resources.And other duties as assigned.RequirementsProven track record of success in leading SI partnership development and management ideally in implementation of complex client critical software solutions.Alevel sales skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and then drive results in a fastpaced environment.Strong leadership experience capable of inspiring crossfunctional teams to achieve common goals.Experience working with global partners and navigating cultural nuances.Willingness to travel as required.Preferred SkillsExperience with industry leaders in this space such as Salesforce SAP Coupa or Workday is advantageous.Additional DetailsVisa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to w
