Director of AI Strategy&Analytics

<p>To lead, govern, and scale the organization’s artificial intelligence and advanced analytics capabilities by defining strategic direction, overseeing enterprise-wide AI and data initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI in alignment with organizational and national priorities.</p><ul><li>Translate strategic direction into executable AI and analytics plans</li><li>Prioritize and manage AI and analytics use cases within approved scope</li><li>Oversee analytics platforms, tools, and data pipelines</li><li>Ensure alignment between AI delivery teams and business needs</li></ul><p>Track performance and benefits realization of AI initiatives</p><ul><li>Oversee the delivery of AI and analytics programs and projects</li><li>Ensure availability, quality, and reliability of data and analytics outputs</li><li>Monitor performance of AI models, platforms, and analytics solutions</li><li>Ensure effective coordination between AI engineers, data scientists, and business teams</li></ul><p>Resolve operational risks and escalations related to AI initiatives</p><ul><li>Contribute to the development and refinement of the organization’s AI&Analytics strategy, priorities, and roadmap under the direction of the AI Executive Director.</li><li>Lead strategic analysis to identify high-value AI opportunities, quantify expected benefits (cost, efficiency, risk reduction), and recommend use-case prioritization.</li><li>Provide strategic input on AI investment planning (platforms, data capabilities, tooling), including business cases and resource requirements.</li><li>Monitor AI and analytics trends and assess applicability to the organization, proposing innovations and capability enhancements aligned with national and organizational priorities.</li><li>Ensure AI and analytics initiatives are aligned with enterprise strategy, operational needs, and performance objectives, and that outcomes are translated into measurable value realization.</li><li>Support the AI Executive Director with strategic briefings, executive dashboards, and decision-support packs for leadership committees.</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
