Job Description

A leading organisation committed to excellence and innovation in human capital management.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement talent management strategies aligned with organisational goals.Lead organisational development initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Define long-term talent strategies, including succession planning and building talent pipelines.Serve as a subject matter expert on OD and talent management programmes.Evaluate and enhance policies related to talent management and career progression.Monitor and report on key talent metrics for continuous improvement.Oversee employee engagement programmes and gender equality initiatives.Benchmark best practices and update processes to maintain competitive standards.Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.Provide coaching and guidance to HR teams and business leaders.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organisational Development, or related field.Professional certifications in OD, Talent Management, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD preferred.8-10 years of experience in talent management and organisational development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and build strong stakeholder relationships.#J-18808-Ljbffr
