This role will oversee paid media programmatic buying and performance optimisation. A key focus will be delivering measurable ROI and data‑driven insights. The Director will manage senior teams and agency partners. This role will also contribute to new business pitches and capability development. Leadership in a fast-paced client environment is essential.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have senior media or digital performance leadership experience within agencies or brand‑side teams. Strong exposure to data analytics and performance optimisation is essential. Experience in the UAE or regional markets is highly preferred.
