Director – Learning & Leadership Development

Our client is a large UAE-based organisation investing heavily in leadership capability and workforce development. Learning is viewed as a strategic enabler for growth and succession.The RoleThe Director will design and lead enterprise-wide learning and leadership development strategies. This role will oversee leadership programs talent acceleration and capability frameworks. A key focus will be aligning learning initiatives with business strategy and future skill needs. The Director will work closely with senior leadership and HR partners. This role will also manage external learning partners and internal faculty models. Measurement of learning impact and ROI will be critical.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have senior experience in learning leadership development or organisational capability roles. Strong exposure to executive and leadership-level programs is essential. Experience in the UAE or regional markets is preferred.
