We invite applications for the role of Director - Landscape, a pivotal position that will shape the environments surrounding our groundbreaking developments.In this role, you will be responsible for envisioning and executing innovative landscape designs that enhance the aesthetic and ecological values of Qiddiya's projects. By leading a talented team of landscape architects, you will play a critical role in creating immersive experiences that blend nature and functionality, fostering a unique harmony that resonates with visitors.We seek an energetic and forward-thinking individual whose portfolio reflects a commitment to sustainability and creative excellence in landscape architecture.Core ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the strategic vision for landscape architecture in alignment with Qiddiya's mission and valuesManage the landscape design process from initial concept through execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting the highest quality standardsLead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, promoting innovation and collaboration across all phases of project developmentWork closely with architects, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of landscape elements into the overall project designEngage with community members, governmental agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate public input and approval processesEnsure adherence to all regulatory standards and best practices in sustainable designConduct thorough site evaluations and engage in hands‑on analysis to inform design decisions that positively impact the environmentMonitor project budgets and resources, optimizing workflows to enhance operational efficiencyStay at the forefront of landscape architecture trends, incorporating innovative solutions and technologies into projectsPrepare and present design proposals and project updates to executive leadership and relevant stakeholdersRequirementsMaster's degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., ASLA, CMLI) are preferredMinimum 12‑15 years of experience in landscape architecture, specifically in lead roles for large‑scale development projectsA comprehensive portfolio showcasing creative landscape designs and successful project execution in urban or entertainment settingsStrong understanding of sustainable design practices, landscape ecology, and construction technologiesExceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire teams and engage with various stakeholders effectivelyProficiency in landscape design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and project management applicationsDemonstrated project management skills, including budget oversight and timeline managementA collaborative approach to problem‑solving, able to build consensus among diverse groupsCommitment to continuous learning and a passion for advancing the field of landscape architectureStrong communication skills for presenting concepts and strategies to both technical and non‑technical audiencesBenefitsAttractive compensations and benefits package#J-18808-Ljbffr
