<div><p><b>Director | Issues&Crisis Management | Dammam, KSA</b></p><p>We are partnering with a leading global communications consultancy to appoint a<b>Director — Issues&Crisis Management</b>based in<b>Dammam, KSA</b>. This is a senior advisory role supporting high-profile regional and international clients on business-critical mandates, reputation risk, and complex stakeholder environments.</p><p>The Director will play a central role in anticipating, managing, and responding to reputational, regulatory, and operational issues — providing strategic counsel to C-suite leaders and government stakeholders across sensitive, fast-moving situations.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead end-to-end<b>issues and crisis management</b>mandates for major corporate and government clients</li><li>Advise senior executives on<b>reputation risk, crisis preparedness, and response strategy</b></li><li>Develop<b>scenario planning frameworks</b>, holding statements, Q&A, and escalation protocols</li><li>Direct rapid-response media strategy and stakeholder communications during live issues</li><li>Provide counsel on<b>geopolitical, regulatory, and policy-driven developments</b>impacting clients</li><li>Manage cross-market teams and coordinate with legal, compliance, and public affairs advisors</li><li>Support business development through crisis audits, risk assessments, and client proposals</li></ul><h3>Candidate Profile</h3><ul><li>10–15+ years’ experience in<b>issues management, crisis communications, or strategic advisory</b></li><li>Background in a global agency, advisory firm, government entity, or in-house corporate affairs team</li><li>Proven experience handling<b>high-stakes, reputation-critical situations</b></li><li>Strong understanding of the<b>Saudi / GCC media, regulatory, and stakeholder landscape</b></li><li>Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Experience advising<b>C-suite and government stakeholders</b>is essential</li><li>Arabic language capability is advantageous but not mandatory</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
