As we embark on our journey to establish exquisite communities, we are seeking a Director - Development for Villas & Townhouses to lead our ambitious projects that will redefine luxurious living.In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the development process from inception to completion for our villa and townhouse offerings. Your expertise will help shape designs, manage complexities, and deliver top-tier residential products that resonate with the expectations of our future residents.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic direction and development process for villa and townhouse projects within Qiddiya.Ensure alignment of projects with the overall vision of Qiddiya, emphasizing quality, sustainability, and market relevance.Oversee site selection, feasibility studies, and master planning in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Guide the project team through the design and construction phases, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Conduct presentations and engage with senior leadership and potential investors, effectively communicating project details and strategic benefits.Continuously evaluate market trends and customer preferences to drive innovative residential solutions.Bachelor's degree or master's in Real Estate, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.At least 12 years of experience in high-end residential development, ideally with a focus on building communitiesDemonstrable success in managing significant projects from conception through to completion.Strong understanding of the residential real estate market in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing external consultants.Exceptional analytical skills to conduct feasibility studies and market research.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.A background in sustainable design practices is highly valued.The opportunity to be part of one of Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious city developments.A role dedicated to a specific residential asset type, allowing you to build deep expertise in your area.A fast-paced, high-impact environment where strategic thinking and execution excellence are highly valued.Collaboration with global industry leaders in real estate development, architecture, and planning#J-18808-Ljbffr
