Job SummaryAs a Director in Corporate Sales at Standard Chartered, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our Financial Markets business across the Saudi Arabian region. You will collaborate closely with the regional Financial Markets Sales teams to drive growth and expansion of the sales distribution platform for Financial Markets products, ensuring alignment with the bank's broader Corporate, Commercial & Institutional Banking (CCIB) strategies.Key Focus AreasYour strategic approach will involve a comprehensive understanding and implementation of sales initiatives, strengthening partnerships with internal product specialists and stakeholders. You will champion the development and execution of client coverage models optimized for revenue generation and cross‑selling opportunities within the regional market.Operational ExcellenceEnsuring compliance with the bank’s internal policies, regulatory requirements, and Anti‑Money Laundering standards will be essential. You will establish and nurture collaborative relationships with key internal partners, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.Leadership And Talent DevelopmentIn your leadership capacity, you will model and promote the bank’s values, communicating vision and priorities effectively to inspire and motivate teams.
