<div><p>The Thumbay Institute of Clinical Simulation is seeking an experienced and results-driven Consultant for Business Development to lead strategic growth initiatives and oversee the business development and optimal utilization of a chain of state of the art clinical simulation centers.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the institute's training programs and partnerships.</li><li>Lead the business growth and operational oversight of the chain of clinical simulation centers, ensuring sustainability, utilization, and revenue generation.</li><li>Identify and establish strategic collaborations with hospitals, universities, healthcare organizations, and professional bodies for simulation-based education and training.</li><li>Promote and expand clinical simulation training programs for healthcare professionals, students, and external organizations.</li><li>Explore opportunities for corporate training, certification programs, and continuing medical education (CME) programs.</li><li>Build partnerships with medical device companies and healthcare technology providers for simulation-based training and demonstrations.</li><li>Develop revenue-generating programs, including workshops, specialized training courses, and international collaborations.</li><li>Represent the institute in conferences, exhibitions, and professional networking events to enhance visibility and attract new partnerships.</li><li>Monitor market trends and opportunities in clinical simulation, healthcare training, and medical education.</li><li>Prepare partnership agreements, and strategic reports for senior leadership</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Medical Education, Life Sciences, or a related field</li><li>Additional qualifications or certifications in business development, healthcare training, or simulation education will be an advantage.</li><li>The experienced firms in this area could be considered.</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth within healthcare, medical education, training institutes, or simulation centers.</li><li>Proven experience in developing training programs, partnerships, or revenue-generating educational initiatives.</li><li>Experience working with healthcare professionals, hospitals, universities, or professional training organizations is highly desirable.</li></ul><h3>Skills and Competencies</h3><ul><li>Strong strategic planning and business development capabilities.</li><li>Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of healthcare training, simulation-based education, and professional certification programs.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal development skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with academic, clinical, and industry stakeholders.</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
