Director - Construction

Our client is a leading Real Estate/ Mall Management Group with an excellent reputation across the region.We are looking for an experienced Director Construction to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Reports to: CTSOJOB OVERVIEWThe Construction Services Director is responsible for planning, developing and managing all activities related to construction services department.RESPONSIBILITIESManaging Construction ServicesClosely work with the CTSO to identify and agree on the general strategic objectives of the construction division based on analysis of the competitive market opportunities, and Companys policy and procedure.Develop and produce the strategic vision of the construction division and take profit & loss responsibilities and accountability for the implementation of agreed plansManage a smooth and transfer of the projects from construction phase to operational phase to matches the high standards of Companys associated policy.Set and determines construction team matrix of responsibilities.Manage and develop the project documents, contracts, budgets and reports as required.Manage client relationships at a senior level, maximizing client satisfaction and leading problem resolution.Closely working with government relation head to ensure the authorities approval and connection of project facilities and any related issuesTo execute any task related to the construction services assigned by the Company top management.Initiate and review the progress payment, Vos & POs before CTSO approval.Recommend and approve contractors as per Company tendering policy.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSBachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (masters Degree is preferred)Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate development.Project management certificateExperience in developing and reviewing project quality plans and project specificationsMust have Commercial real estate experience (Shopping centres or hotel)Experience in large scale/lifestyle projects experience is preferredOpen to any nationals currently base in Saudi now with transferrable iqamaCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSSalary is open and will reflect experience levels and interview performance and will be discussed at the later stage.Benefits includeFamily Status Benefits30 Vacation days per yearMedical InsuranceYearly salary increments as per to the company policyBonus as per to the company policy9 to 15 additional paid (National Holidays)#J-18808-Ljbffr
