Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.</p><h3>About The Position</h3><p>Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Director – Casual Dining to join the resort’s Food and Beverage Administration team.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p>The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:</p><ul><li>Define and lead the strategic vision for all casual dining operations, ensuring alignment with Wynn Al Marjan Island brand standards, Forbes requirements, and commercial objectives.</li><li>Own casual dining brand identity and guest experience consistency across all venues, balancing luxury standards with accessibility and relevance.</li><li>Drive revenue growth, cost discipline, labor productivity, and margin optimization through rigorous performance management.</li><li>Lead and hold Casual Dining General Managers and Outlet Leaders accountable for service excellence, people leadership, and financial results.</li><li>Ensure consistent execution of Forbes‑aligned service standards, guest personalization, and quality assurance across all outlets.</li><li>Personally oversee escalated guest matters, VIP experiences, and critical service recovery.</li><li>Partner with Culinary, Beverage, Marketing, Finance, People&Culture, and Engineering to ensure seamless operational alignment and innovation.</li><li>Maintain visible leadership presence during peak periods, reinforcing service culture through active floor leadership and real‑time coaching.</li><li>Develop, coach, and retain high‑performing leadership teams through hiring decisions, performance reviews, succession planning, and training.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, licensing, sustainability, and Wynn governance standards, acting as a role model for professionalism and integrity.</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><p>The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:</p><ul><li>Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3–5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple high‑volume restaurant concepts.</li><li>Proven experience within luxury or upper‑upscale casual dining environments.</li><li>Strong understanding and practical application of Forbes Five‑Star service standards in non‑fine‑dining formats.</li><li>Demonstrated P&L ownership with strong financial and commercial acumen.</li><li>Experience leading large, diverse teams in fast‑paced, guest‑facing environments.</li><li>Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>High emotional intelligence with a hands‑on, visible leadership style.</li><li>Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and calm under pressure.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.</li><li>Passionate about hospitality, people development, and guest experience excellence.</li></ul><h3>About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits</h3><p>We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
