We believe in making Great Moments for Everyone, Every day.</p><h3>JOB TITLE</h3><p>Director - Business Development | MAF Retail | Head Office KSA</p><h3>ROLE SUMMARY</h3><p>The Director – Business Development (Expansion) is responsible for driving the organization’s expansion strategy by identifying new market opportunities and implementing growth plans across new and existing countries. The role oversees feasibility studies, site identification, and project execution to ensure successful market entry and retail development. The position also ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the company’s strategic growth objectives.</p><h3>ROLE PROFILE</h3><ul><li>Lead the planning and execution of retail expansion strategies across new and existing markets.</li><li>Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including site selection and retail location development.</li><li>Conduct feasibility studies covering market conditions, regulatory requirements, and partnership opportunities.</li><li>Monitor and manage expansion projects to ensure timely delivery within approved budgets and plans.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution</li><li>Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.</li><li>Support country development strategies and expansion initiatives across targeted regions.</li><li>Prepare business reports and updates for senior management on project progress and expansion performance.</li></ul><h3>REQUIREMENTS</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).</li><li>Minimum 9 years of experience in business development, expansion, or related managerial roles.</li><li>Experience in retail or a closely related industry is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.</li></ul><h3>WHAT WE OFFER</h3><ul><li>At Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
