OverviewExiting opportunity to perform as Custody Operations specialist with proven local securities market experience and support the implementation of new initiatives. You will have an opportunity to develop your people management skills and in the future lead the operations team responsible for the on-going support of the business.As a Direct Custody and Clearing Operations Associate within the Operations team, you will be innovative team member with the requisite skills and experience to instigate change and ensure an efficient, controlled operating model. Your responsibilities will include defining and managing the operating model, determining technology requirements, and establishing business processes to support new business initiatives, all while maintaining a robust control environment.Job responsibilitiesProvides processing support for effective and efficient process delivery of Custody Trade OperationsProvides processing support and efficient process delivery across different types of instruments like Equity, G-sec, Corporate Bonds for settlement and regulatory reportingExecutes error free operations and identify and escalate any exceptions across processes including pre-trade activity, trade capture, affirmation, brokerage & settlementKnows SWIFT messagingProvides first level of supervision in the day to day management of business deliverables and timely response to client enquiriesComplies with firms policies and Standard Operating ProceduresExhibits effective communication with key stakeholders i.e. internal and external market participantsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsQualified CMA certification essentialMinimum 1 year of trade settlement custody experience in KSAOperating knowledge and good understanding of KSA Tadawul systemsAbility to effectively prioritize workloads and work to critical deadlinesDisplay high levels of integrity; operate on the basis of open and honest interactionKnowledge of MS-Office with proficiency in MS-ExcelPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDegree or equivalent preferredJ.P.
