Dim Sum Chef (Job No: DIM000001)Dim Sum Chef is responsible for maintaining the Dim Sum & Wok Kitchens, assist in the formation of the menu, and ensuring food & cleanliness standards are met.Role PurposeThe Dim Sum Chef is responsible for maintaining the Dim Sum & Wok Kitchens, assist in the formation of the menu, and ensuring food & cleanliness standards are met.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure Dim Sum and Wok Kitchens are managed efficiently and according to the established concept statements.Organize food production in a cost‑effective and hygienic manner, and ensure food standards are maintained & continuously improved.Prepare menu in accordance with quality, availability and seasonality of ingredients and ensure market lists are completed on a daily & weekly basis. Assist in the menu formulation process in the Dim Sum & Wok Kitchen; and in developing standards & procedures.Responsible for the training and discipline of all Kitchen colleagues, with the Executive Chef.
