With a strong presence across both the public and private sectors, we deliver forward thinking business solutions and consulting services that empower organizations through knowledge and technology, contributing to the growth of a thriving economy.</p><p>On behalf of a semi-government client, Kafa’at is seeking a Digital Transformation Project Specialist</p><h3>Role Overview</h3><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support the execution of digital transformation projects from initiation to completion</li><li>Coordinate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and define project scope</li><li>Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables</li><li>Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates for stakeholders</li><li>Track risks, issues, and dependencies, and support mitigation plans</li><li>Ensure alignment with organizational digital strategy and governance standards</li><li>Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and external vendors</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>2–4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in digital transformation or IT projects</li><li>Understanding of digital technologies (e.g., cloud computing, automation, data analytics)</li><li>Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
