Construction Director /Engineering Director – Digital transformation for Project Delivery (Infrastructure/Construction)Relocation to Dubai - Sponsorship offeredImportant Note -This is not an IT leadership role.We are specifically looking for individuals with engineering or project management backgrounds who have experience improving how construction projects are delivered.Essential Industry Background (any of the following):Engineering Consultancies involved in large capital projectsThis role focuses on strengthening project execution across large capital programmes by enhancing delivery practices, introducing smarter ways of working and embedding modern tools that support better outcomes on major projects.You will work closely with project directors, engineering leaders and programme teams to implement improvements that increase delivery certainty, strengthen collaboration and drive measurable improvements in project performance.This opportunity is best suited to someone who has developed their career within Tier-1 contractors, infrastructure organisations orprogramme management consultancies, and has been directly involved in improving delivery performance across large projects.What You’ll Be DoingLead initiatives that improve how large infrastructure projects are planned, coordinated and deliveredIntroduce enhanced delivery frameworks, processes and supporting tools across project teamsWork closely with programme directors and engineering leaders to embed improved execution practices across active projectsIdentify opportunities to improve coordination between planning, engineering, construction and project controlsSupport the rollout of digital delivery capabilities that enhance project visibility and decision makingEstablish performance metrics that provide clear insight into schedule reliability, cost performance and project riskProvide structured updates to senior leadership on delivery improvements and programme performanceBackground We’re Looking ForThis role requires someone who has first‑hand experience delivering major projects and understands the realities of project environments.Typical backgrounds include:Civil EngineeringConstruction EngineeringProgramme Management within major capital projectsExperience That Will Stand OutExperience improving delivery practices across major infrastructure or capital programmesLeading cross-functional initiatives involving project teams, engineering, project controls and operationsImplementing improved delivery frameworks or digital project tools within live project environmentsStrong understanding of the infrastructure project lifecycle from planning through construction#J-18808-Ljbffr
