With deep roots in product, performance and process, we operate at the intersection of fashion, data and technology to drive sustainable, profitable growth across our portfolio.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>As<b>Manager - Digital Trade (DTC)</b>, you will own the commercial performance and daily trading rhythm of our webshops. This is a highly commercial, data‑led role responsible for driving revenue growth, improving onsite performance and translating insight into clear, actionable trading decisions.</p><p>You will act as the central intelligence hub between Growth, Onsite, Merchandising, Finance and Operations, ensuring that every trading action is aligned to business targets and backed by data.</p><p>This role does not manage paid marketing execution. Instead, it focuses on webshop performance, onsite optimisation, customer behaviour and commercial strategy.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Trading Performance Ownership</h3><ul><li>Own daily, weekly and monthly trading performance across revenue, conversion, AOV, funnel health and customer behaviour.</li><li>Track performance vs targets, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.</li><li>Drive clear trading actions in response to performance movements (e.g., conversion drops, checkout issues, category underperformance).</li><li>Deep‑Dive Analytics&Business Insights</li><li>Country and market performance</li><li>Brand, category and SKU‑level performance</li><li>Translate insights into clear, commercially focused recommendations for onsite, merchandising and operations teams.</li></ul><h3>Partner closely with the onsite and product teams to optimise</h3><ul><li>Homepage, PLP and PDP journeys</li><li>Navigation, discovery and search flows</li><li>Checkout experience and payment success rates</li><li>Identify friction points and prioritise fixes that directly impact revenue and conversion.</li></ul><h3>Trading Cadence&Commercial Planning</h3><ul><li>Build and maintain the webshop trading calendar aligned to campaigns, launches, seasonal moments and marketplace activity.</li><li>Support planning and execution for peak periods, including sales, Ramadan, Black Friday, drops and seasonal launches.</li><li>Ensure full trading readiness across stock availability, onsite setup and customer experience.</li></ul><h3>Own executive and operational dashboards covering:</h3><ul><li>Revenue and trading performance</li><li>Funnel KPIs</li><li>Market and territory splits</li><li>Category and SKU trends</li><li>Produce weekly and monthly trading summaries for leadership, with clear narratives, insights and forward‑looking actions.</li></ul><h3>Cross‑Functional Stakeholder Management</h3><ul><li>Growth&Performance teams</li><li>Onsite&Tech teams</li><li>Merchandising&Buying teams</li><li>Finance&Operations</li><li>Ensure insights are converted into execution, with clear ownership, timelines and accountability.</li></ul><h3>Continuous Improvement&Process Building</h3><ul><li>Standardise reporting frameworks, trading routines and performance reviews.</li><li>Build documentation and playbooks for webshop trading best practices.</li><li>Continuously improve how performance is tracked, interpreted and acted upon across the business.</li></ul><h3>What you’ll bring</h3><ul><li>5‑8 years’ experience in digital trading, ecommerce or DTC commercial roles, ideally within fashion or fast‑paced consumer brands.</li><li>Proven ownership of webshop performance, including revenue, conversion, AOV and funnel health.</li><li>Experience working across international or multi‑market ecommerce environments.</li><li>Strong ability to turn data into clear trading actions, not just report on performance.</li><li>Experience trading peak commercial periods such as sales, Black Friday, Ramadan and major launches.</li><li>Comfortable operating in high‑growth, fast‑moving environments.</li><li>Strong understanding of e‑commerce funnels and onsite performance levers.</li><li>Confident using analytics and BI tools such as GA4, Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar.</li><li>Experience building and owning trading dashboards and performance reports.</li><li>Able to analyse performance at market, category, SKU and customer level, linking insight directly to revenue impact.</li></ul><h3>What we’ll bring</h3><ul><li>25 days of annual leave, increasing to 30 after your first year</li><li>30% employee discount across all SUMWON STUDIOS brands</li><li>Ongoing learning and development opportunities</li><li>Company social events</li><li>The coolest colleagues you can find</li></ul><h3>Why Join Us?</h3><p><b>SUMWON STUDIOS</b>is redefining fast fashion with a forward‑thinking approach.
