Digital Systems & Data Manager

We are seeking a smart, analytical and business-aware Digital Systems & Data Manager to professionalise and manage the digital infrastructure of a fast-growing international fine wine group.This role sits within Neovara (our back-office and systems company) and will initially focus on an international fine wine merchant company, with future opportunity to support additional portfolio businesses.This is not a pure developer role. This is a systems, data and digital operations role.You will manage external developers, improve system architecture, and ensure our digital ecosystem is structured, scalable and commercially aligned.You will be mentored by the CEO of Neovara.Key ResponsibilitiesMap and document system architecture (ERP, CRM, AWS, Power BI)Define clean data flows and establish a “single source of truth”Improve reporting accuracy and KPI consistencyManage offshore development team (sprint planning, prioritisation, ticket clarity)Translate business requirements into structured technical tasksStandardise dashboards and reporting logicImprove API integrations and automation across systemsSupport digital sales integrations and performance trackingReduce operational fragility and founder dependencyWorking HoursMonday - Friday9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Dubai time) - expect to work longer hours to get work finished on timeBenefitsCompetitive salary (AED 12,000 per month with annual performance bonus)Exposure to international operations (UK, France, UAE)Direct exposure to senior leadershipHigh responsibility and autonomyGrowth potential as Neovara scales to support additional clientsDesired Skills4 – 8 years experience in Product Operations, Business Systems, Data/BI, SaaS or E-commerceDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or similarComfortable working with APIs and cloud environmentsBasic SQL knowledgeExperience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)Exposure to AWS or similar infrastructureExperience managing small development projects or external developersStrong analytical and structured thinkingClear communicator (technical and non-technical audiences)Business-aware mindset (understands revenue, margin, performance metrics)Interest in leveraging AI to improve development and system efficiency#J-18808-Ljbffr
