At Schneider, we call this Life Is On.Our mission is to be the trusted partner in Sustainability and Efficiency.Our renewed purpose highlights our commitment to create lasting impact while maintaining our promise to make the most of our energy and resources bridging progress and sustainability for all.Our updated mission continues to reinforce our value of strong partnerships, where trust is needed above all.Your MissionThe purpose of this Solutions Architect role is to help customers achieve their business objectives through SE Digital Solution Portfolio.The Digital Solutions offers are:Industrial Digital Transformation ConsultingAVEVA and ETAP solutionsCybersecurity Solutions and ServicesProleitEcostruxture Automation Expert (EAE)In other words, to grow the Digital Solutions business at Schneider Electric, through working closely with V1 Sales Leads, V2 Opportunity Owners, Channel Partners and System Integrators, Industrial Automation Global Delivery Organisation, Line Of Business and End Users.In the fast changing landscape around software, this individual will be comfortable around articulating value propositions around new and different ways of implementing robust software solutions within the Operational Technology space primarily within the following segments (Mining/Metals/Minerals, Oil and Gas, Food and Beverage, Discrete manufacturing).This individual will contribute towards increasing the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of SE’s Digital Solution business through advocating for a Subscription First approach that enables clients to maximise their CapEX investment, and championing cloud and hybrid solutions as part of proposed architecture for clients.An innovative mindset and a ‘Blue’ way of thinking are key to this role, as is the ability to understand customer pain points through a consultative approach, the ability to network with stakeholders within the customer, and work closely with SE account management team and external stakeholders (Technology Partners), to help the customer achieve their goals.This role will support sales teams across Intelligent Process Automation in promoting Digital Solutions architectures, products and capabilities to provide holistic solution ‘sell’ combining Digital Solutions with traditional Industrial and Process Automation offers.Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!Creating and maintaining meaningful and trusted relationships with high level decision makers and technical authorities. Leveraging these relationships during pursuit and execution is key to succeeding in this role.Analysing customer requirements and working within the Schneider eco-system to address the customer needs.The expectation is that all candidates will have the interest and capacity to learn and articulate disruptive digital transformation solutions – this may include establishing proof of conceptsCreate and maintain close working relationships with customer C Level as well as internal Schneider Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, Tendering, Commercial & Project Delivery teams.Own the Digital Solutions technology strategy for the associated segment\sub segment\technology area.Support Greenfield ‘Plant/Factory’Develop ‘Engineering and Digital Twin’ articulation for bridging ‘Build’ ‘Operate’ and ‘Maintain’ domains.About YouSkillsSuccessful experience with the following technologies:DCS/SCADAPLC/HistoriansIndustrial SoftwareMonitoring & ControlsExcellent written and oral communication skills, and superior analytical skills.Accustomed to fast-changing, complex and ambiguous environment.Structured, organized individual who is capable of successfully handling multiple tasks.Team Player - passionate and dynamic professional with the energy and ability to obtain alignment and work effectively across teams and functions.Team Builder – good people management experience with a coaching and collaborative team-oriented leadership styleQualifications include:Graduate in STEM subject /Masters preferred8 year + experience in segment within customer facing rolesBoth Pre-sales and Delivery experience desirableProjected travel – up to 50%Let us learn about you!
