DescriptionRole: Digital Solution Senior ArchitectLocation: Abu DhabiRole Purpose:Through an understanding of ADIB business needs and the range of technical solutions available a Digital Solutions Architect delivers a suite of services products solutions and technologies that will provide ADIB with best-practice application architectures.With an enterprise-wide focus you will assess design and implement IT systems architecture to support ADIBs business strategy.Collaborative leadership skills and a strong technical background are critical as is the ability to provide thought leadership to business stakeholders the broader technology team and a community of citizen architects.Partner with product engineering and business teams to provide technical direction and solutions for a range of digital productsManage and lead the design and development of complex strategic solutions Architecture including delivery partnersBring a product mindset and technical leadership in the production of technical solution designs high quality functional specifications and other technical/documentation to ensure high quality customer experiences.Be a key contributor to the Technology team and ensure strong partnership across the functions (Engineering Delivery Infrastructure Support Operations)Be accountable for broader solution architecture and integration of ADIB internal and vendor-based IT solutions working with colleagues from across the business who have a strong focus and interest in technologyWork very closely with the Engineering team to ensure delivered systems align with the Technology architectural strategy and the principals relating to software integrity and reusabilityAdhere to ADIBs processes methodologies standards and policies in relation to IT enterprise architecture from a governance perspectiveTo BE Open Trustworthy Original and The Example.Key Accountabilities of the role:Innovative products and Solution DesignDelivers a suite of services products solutions and technologies that will provide ADIB with best-practice application architectures.Understanding requirements from business users and translate them into architecture decisions and communicate them with development teamFollow the mandatory and obligatory standards set by the management in delivering the services.Partner with product engineering and business teams to provide technical direction and solutions for a range of digital productsBe accountable for broader solution architecture and integration of ADIB internal and vendor-based IT solutionsCommunicationAttend all the team meetings one to one meeting to have a high level of communication culture.Timely response to email tasks assigned and effective follow up with various stakeholders.Documentation / Process OwnershipThe incumbent is responsible take ownership maintain & update documented processes or documentation related to his job function. In the event where processes or documentation are shared the incumbent shall be responsible to inform the owner of any document about required changes or improvements.People & AttendanceCo-operate with the team members in a cohesive and professional manner and proactive good attendance habits and maintain the reporting hierarchy in all matters.The incumbent should adhere to working hours which might require working for extended hours depending on job nature and task assigned.Information SecurityMaintain information security related to ADIB throughout the period of employment.As soon as possible report any potential or actual risks or incidents affecting the security of information to the helpdesk.Maintain Risk Free/control IT environment at ADIB.Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Technical Competencies Required for this roleExperienced within Digital delivery environments such as mobile web & social USSD SMS system Payment Gateways Experienced in delivering highly integrated and multi-channel solutions Experience of Enterprise architecture Service Oriented Architecture microservices and other integration methodologies ideally in Capital Markets or Financial Services Experience with maintaining legacy technology environments the strategy and architecture requirements that accompany that environment Experience in the developing API-based and Service Oriented architecture Experience in leading architecture in a modern data centric business that is complex and large scale would be highly beneficial especially in relation to data tools and productization of data Experience with the architecture of mission critical high transaction volume environments Experience with the architecture of transactional RDBMS systems and high-capacity data warehouse environments Experience with the full software development life cycle using traditional and agile methodologies. Knowledge of multiple technologies including (but not limited to): Java C# VB .NET Enterprise Integrations (middleware ETL API etc.) Content Management Systems (AEM) and Customer Relation Management (Salesf
