Job Description

Job Description As a Digital Software Engineering Intermediate Analyst with Citigroup in Pune, Maharashtra, India, your role involves dealing with most problems independently and integrating specialty area knowledge with industry standards. Your responsibilities include: - Turning tech stack and application design into code on multiple development platforms (e.g. iOS, Android, web/Angular, services). - Addressing various responses to problems, questions, or situations by applying established criteria to influence development outcomes. - Being accountable for development, design, construction, testing, and implementation of applications systems and programs. - Engaging in digital applications development, risk technology, Middleware, Mainframe applications, Non Mainframe applications, Analytic Model Development, and Application support activities. - Providing sound understanding of application development concepts and principles and basic knowledge of other technology areas. - Consulting with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues and recommending programming solutions for customer exposed systems. - Learning the functionality, architecture, dependencies, and runtime properties of the systems involved in projects. - Driving clarity into technical implementation by participating in solution discussions, development, and creating application/systems documentation. - Building and maintaining integrated project development schedules that account for internal/external dependencies and differing SDLC approaches. - Improving team development processes to accelerate delivery, drive innovation, lower costs, and improve quality. - Ensuring active seeking of ways to measure productivity objectively. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2-5 years in an Apps Development role with demonstrated execution capabilities. - Understanding of Scala and Microservice and Deploy pipeline. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Data driven and results-oriented. - Experience in running high traffic, distributed, cloud-based services. - Experience in affecting large culture change. - Experience leading infrastructure programs. - Skilled at working with third-party service providers. - Excellent written and oral communication skills.
