Job Description
We are looking for a driven and commercially sharp Sales Manager to lead new business acquisition in Dubai. The role focuses on selling digital marketing and lead-generation solutions while leveraging in-house sales and outreach platforms to identify opportunities, drive outreach, and close deals.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business DevelopmentProactively approach and acquire new clients across B2B and B2C sectorsBuild, manage, and convert a structured sales pipeline from prospecting to closureIdentify companies showing active buying intent and prioritize outreachSales Technology Utilization (Mandatory)Actively use internal sales intelligence tools to:Track buying intent, branded intent, and competitor signalsIdentify in-market accounts and decision-makersSupport data-driven sales conversationsUse automated outreach and email intelligence tools to:Launch and manage email outreach campaignsNurture leads and follow up on opportunitiesImprove response rates and conversion efficiencyRFP & Tender ManagementIdentify and monitor RFPs and tenders through portals and industry networksCoordinate internally to prepare proposals and commercial offersFollow up and negotiate to secure awarded contractsClient Relationship ManagementMaintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholdersAct as a trusted commercial advisor throughout the sales lifecycleEnsure smooth handover to account and delivery teams post-saleDigital Marketing & Solution SellingConfidently sell digital marketing services (performance marketing, social media, branding, lead generation)Translate client challenges into tailored solutions using internal tools and servicesClearly position proprietary sales and outreach platforms as value-adding solutions, not just toolsMarket Presence & NetworkingAttend awards, ceremonies, exhibitions, and networking eventsRepresent the company professionally and expand market visibilityBuild partnerships and referral opportunities within the UAE ecosystemRequired Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience as a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager in DubaiPrevious experience in digital marketing, advertising, SaaS, or B2B servicesFluent in English and ArabicStrong understanding of digital sales funnels, lead generation, and outreach automationExperience selling technology-enabled or data-driven solutions is a strong advantageFamiliarity with RFP processes and corporate procurementExisting UAE market network preferredKPIs & Performance MetricsNew revenue generated monthly and quarterlyNumber of qualified opportunities sourced via internal sales intelligence toolsConversion rate of automated outreach campaignsRFPs submitted vs deals wonClient acquisition and retention rateWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + commissionAccess to proprietary sales and outreach technologyHigh-growth environment with regional expansion opportunitiesStrong delivery and strategy support teams#J-18808-Ljbffr
