Digital Projects Manager

ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project implementations, including scoping, planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management across the different companies of the Al Jameel Group.Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure project progress and adherence to deadlines.Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.Conduct regular project status meetings, communicate project progress, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of project tasks and deliverables.Ensure quality standards are met in accordance with project scope and business requirements.Provide guidance and support to project team members, ensuring their understanding of project goals and requirements.Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.Stay updated on the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing end-to-end digital project implementations like SAP S/HANA ERP within Food & Beverage Manufacturing and Distribution industry. Also experience in project managing Analytics, CRM, B2B is a plus.Strong knowledge and understanding of business processes and operations, including but not limited to Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Manufacturing.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital projects on time and within budget.Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and mitigate risks.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Experience in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and providing financial reports.PMP or Prince2 certification is preferred.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
