Seeking a digitally savvy Product Owner to drive end-to-end digital product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and adoption. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, and internal platforms such as SPARKS.Key Responsibilities:Stakeholder Engagement & Needs Discovery:Lead need capture initiatives and validate product roadmapsManage kick-offs and ongoing engagement with business stakeholdersAlign priorities with internal teams and governance committeesEstimate business benefits with stakeholdersBusiness Requirements & Solution Design:Gather and document business requirementsTranslate requirements into solution designsDefine implementation scope and validate feasibilityConduct fit-gap analysis with existing solutionsProduct Ownership & Delivery:Own and manage product backlogDrive sprint planning and delivery cyclesCollaborate with delivery teams to ensure alignment with business needsManage product lifecycle from ideation to sunsetDefine and track KPIsProvide regular performance updates to stakeholdersChange Management & Adoption:Develop communication and training materialsDrive adoption strategies with business teamsGather feedback post-launch and iterate improvementsCommunication & Reporting:Create high-quality presentations for leadership forumsSupport SPARKS-related communication and reportingAct as a bridge between business and technology teamsKey Requirements:Digitally savvy with strong understanding of digital productsMinimum 5 years experience in Product Ownership, Digital Delivery, or Project ManagementStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent presentation skills (PowerPoint, Canva)Ability to work cross-functionally in complex environments#J-18808-Ljbffr
