Job Description

<div><p>We are looking for a<b>Digital</b><b>Paid Media Specialist</b>to lead and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other digital platforms (Youtube, Tiktok, Amazon, Noon, Instashop, etc). The primary goal is to build strong<b>brand awareness</b>for a new product entering the UAE market. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands‑on experience in campaign setup, optimization and influencer collaborations.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta and other relevant platforms (Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).</li><li>Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement in the market.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.</li><li>Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools and develop/execute strategies to increase organic traffic, search rankings and online visibility.</li><li>Collaborate with influencers and manage influencer marketing initiatives.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, platforms and best practices for paid media.</li><li>Work with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall brand objectives.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field</li><li>Strong Experience in managing paid campaigns on Meta and digital platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies and campaign optimization.</li><li>Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) and SEO / search marketing</li><li>Experience in influencer marketing and partnership management.</li><li>Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and performance analysis tools.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Certification in Meta Ads or Google Ads.</li><li>Background in launching new brands or products.</li><li>Knowledge of the UAE market and cultural nuances is a plus.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
