Job Description

Role OverviewThe Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and executing digital marketing activities across two companies under the group ensuring consistent brand visibility, lead generation and online performance. This is a hands‑on execution role focused on campaign management, platform optimization, reporting and digital growth. The position does not require an interior design background; however, experience in design architecture or luxury sectors would be advantageous. The role works closely with Management, Sales and the Marketing team to ensure alignment and performance.Main Scope of ResponsibilitiesDigital Campaign Management & ExecutionExecute approved digital marketing plans across both companiesManage and optimize:Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing)Paid social campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and other relevant platforms)Conduct keyword research and audience targetingMonitor and optimize cost‑per‑lead and campaign performancePerform competitor monitoring and benchmarkingImplement campaign adjustments based on performance dataSEO & Website ManagementImplement SEO best practices (on‑page and technical)Conduct keyword research aligned with company servicesOptimize website pages, landing pages and service descriptionsMonitor rankings and organic growthCoordinate with web developers for structural or technical improvementsEnsure websites remain updated, accurate and aligned with brand positioningSocial Media Platform ManagementManage and maintain all relevant social platforms across both companiesSchedule and publish content provided by the Marketing teamEnsure visual and brand consistency across platformsMonitor engagement messages and online reviews (Google & social platforms)Provide performance insights and recommendationsContent Coordination (Not Primary Creation)Coordinate with the Marketing team for content planning and schedulingAssist in organizing project photography or videography where requiredSupport video uploads, reels formatting and platform optimizationEnsure content is formatted correctly for each platformAnalytics Reporting & Performance TrackingTrack performance using:Google AnalyticsGoogle Search ConsoleGoogle Ads dashboardsSocial platform analyticsPrepare structured monthly reports including:Website trafficLead generationCost per leadCampaign ROIEngagement metricsProvide clear data‑backed recommendations for improvementCRM & Lead Management (Zoho)Manage Zoho CRM lead trackingEnsure proper lead source attributionCoordinate with Sales teams for lead handoverGenerate reports on campaign performance and lead qualitySupport optimization of workflows within Zoho (CRM People Recruit)RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field35 years of digital marketing experienceStrong hands‑on experience in:Google Ads (Search, Display)SEO (technical & content optimization)Website CMS management (WordPress or similar)Social media platform managementAnalytics & reportingZoho CRM (preferred)Strong execution capability with attention to detailGood analytical skills with performance‑driven mindsetAbility to manage multiple platforms simultaneouslyExperience in design architecture, real estate or luxury sectors is preferred but not mandatoryKey ExpectationsExecution‑focused performance‑driven mindsetStrong organizational and time‑management skillsAbility to manage digital operations across two companiesClear communication with internal teamsProactive approach to optimization and continuous improvementComfortable working in a fast‑paced environmentBenefitsBenefits are provided upon further discussion and are consistent with company policy.
