We offer prescription medications, over‑the‑counter products, and personalised healthcare services.We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our ever‑growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams across the business to build and execute strong digital marketing strategies across a variety of channels.Key ResponsibilitiesShopify Management: Full ownership of the Shopify storefront, including product launches, app integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias, etc.), and landing page optimisation.Performance Marketing: Lead the strategy and execution of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Manage significant budgets with a focus on scaling CAC/ROAS.Retention & Email: Design and automate advanced email/SMS flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Win‑back) using Shopify‑integrated tools.Copywriting & Content: Produce high‑converting, native‑level English copy for ads, product descriptions, and email campaigns.Data Analysis: Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to provide weekly performance reports, identifying bottlenecks in the customer journey.Leadership: Manage external freelancers (designers/video editors) to ensure brand consistency and high‑quality creative output.Candidate RequirementsNative English Speaker: Essential for high‑level communication and copywriting.Shopify Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands‑on experience specifically within the Shopify ecosystem.Management Proven: Ability to show a track record of scaling an e‑commerce brand.Technical Skills: Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing automation.EducationBachelor’s Degree required for the UAE “Manager” visa title; must be attested for the visa process and Immediate Joiner.#J-18808-Ljbffr
