Job Title: Digital Marketing ManagerLocation: Sharjah, UAEDepartment: Marketing / Digital TransformationEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewInvest Bank is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and brand positioning across digital channels.The role will play a key part in supporting the bank’s digital transformation agenda, ensuring all marketing initiatives are data-driven, compliant, and aligned with UAE banking regulations.Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across digital channels.Manage multi‑channel campaigns including SEO, SEM, display, social media, email marketing, and paid media.Optimize customer journeys across web, mobile banking, and digital touchpoints.2. Campaign Management & Performance MarketingPlan, execute, and monitor performance marketing campaigns with clear ROI targets.Track KPIs such as CAC, conversion rates, CTR, ROI, and engagement metrics.Utilize A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation.3. Analytics & Data‑Driven InsightsLeverage tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, CRM platforms, and BI tools.Generate actionable insights to refine targeting and personalization strategies.Build dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders.4. Customer Experience & PersonalizationEnhance customer journeys and digital experiences across all touchpoints.Drive personalization strategies using customer segmentation and behavioral insights.Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and digital teams to improve user experience.5. Content & Brand ManagementOversee digital content strategy aligned with brand guidelines.Ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.Manage social media presence and reputation.6. Compliance & GovernanceEnsure all campaigns comply with UAE Central Bank regulations and internal policies.Work closely with Compliance and Legal teams for approvals.Maintain data privacy standards and governance.7. Stakeholder & Vendor ManagementCollaborate with internal teams: Digital, IT, Product, Compliance, and Sales.Manage external agencies, media partners, and technology vendors.Drive alignment with business units (Retail, Corporate, Digital Banking).Key RequirementsExperience8–12 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within Banking / Financial Services in UAE.Proven track record in performance marketing and digital transformation initiatives.Experience in customer acquisition for banking products (loans, cards, accounts, etc.).Technical SkillsStrong expertise in:SEO / SEMPaid Media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)Marketing Automation (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot)Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)CRM and Customer Data Platforms (CDP)Familiarity with UX/UI principles and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsStakeholder management and communication skillsStrategic thinking with execution capabilityAbility to work in a fast‑paced, transformation‑driven environmentEducationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldMBA or relevant certifications (Digital Marketing, Google, Meta, etc.) preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
