Job Description
Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute full-funnel marketing strategies within the real estate sector. This role will be responsible for driving qualified leads strengthening brand presence and supporting sales teams through high-performing digital and on-ground marketing initiatives.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on digital marketing experience a solid understanding of real estate lead cycles and the ability to manage multiple campaigns from strategy through to execution and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement full-funnel marketing strategies tailored to the real estate marketCreate and manage annual and quarterly marketing plans and budgetsDefine KPIs and measure ROI across all marketing activitiesDigital Marketing & PerformancePlan and execute SEO SEM Google Ads Display Ads and paid social campaignsManage performance marketing across Facebook Instagram YouTube and LinkedInOversee CRM systems and email marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot Mailchimp Salesforce)Analyse web traffic conversion rates and lead quality to optimise campaignsContent Creation & BrandingOversee creation of engaging content for websites blogs social media email and marketing collateralEnsure brand consistency across all digital and offline channelsCoordinate with designers videographers and content creators as requiredWebsite & Landing PagesManage and maintain the company websiteOptimise landing pages for lead generation and SEO performanceLiaise with developers or agencies for ongoing website improvementsLead Generation & NurturingImplement and optimise digital lead generation strategiesMonitor lead flow lead quality and campaign effectivenessDevelop lead nurturing journeys to convert enquiries into site visits and salesOffline & On-Ground MarketingCoordinate marketing materials for hoardings print ads events and property exhibitionsManage site branding and promotional activitiesOrganise and promote open houses and customer engagement eventsAnalytics & ReportingPrepare weekly and monthly performance reportsUse data insights to refine strategy and improve future campaign performanceRequirementsBachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business or a related fieldMinimum 4 years experience in digital marketing (with 3 years in real estate)Strong knowledge of Google Ads Meta Ads Manager SEO tools and analytics platformsHands-on experience with Google Analytics Search Console CRM systems and marketing automationProven experience in campaign planning execution and lead trackingAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication organisational and leadership skillsRussian language skills preferred (spoken and written)Open to all nationalitiesBenefits: AED per month (depending on experience)#J-18808-Ljbffr
