Inbound leads are just the dessert.</p><p>You will run a consultative challenger motion, understand customers’ pain deeply, and sell ROI outcomes and value, not just features or services.</p><p>This is a high‑energy, high‑ownership role where you’ll move fast, stay sharp and think like an owner at every step.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><p><b>Prospecting&Pipeline Ownership</b></p><ul><li>Build pipeline through outbound prospecting calls, email sequences, LinkedIn events, research</li><li>Treat inbound leads as a bonus, not the main course</li><li>Maintain 23X pipeline coverage at all times</li><li>Use data to prioritize the right accounts, segments, and outreach strategies</li></ul><p><b>Sales Execution</b></p><ul><li>Run structured discovery, objection handling, and insightful demos</li><li>Sell value, ROI, efficiency and business outcomes, not features</li><li>Navigate multiple stakeholders: HR, TA leaders, founders, CEOs, finance</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
