From brand awareness to customer acquisition, you’ll ensure every campaign delivers measurable impact and supports our growth objectives.What You’ll Be DoingPlan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goalsAnalyze performance, optimize ROI, and continuously improve campaign effectivenessOversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content that speaks to our audienceManage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent executionPartner closely with Sales to deliver powerful digital marketing supportManage and mentor a team of SEO specialists, social media managers, and content creatorsProvide regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunitiesStrengthen Boutiqaat’s online presence and brand reputationOversee social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and YouTubeEnsure consistent, compelling brand storytelling across all digital channelsCollaborate with media partners and stakeholders to amplify campaignsTrack KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROI, website traffic, and engagementDeliver insights and recommendations to senior managementConduct competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of trendsManage and optimize the digital marketing budgetDevelop digital strategies for new and existing productsLaunch innovative online initiatives, promotions, and campaignsCreate and maintain a strong digital framework and social media governanceDrive traffic to both the website and mobile app through SEO, PPC, and performance marketingWhat You Bring to the Table:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field9–12 years of digital marketing experience, with 3–4 years in a leadership roleProven success in managing integrated digital campaigns and teamsStrong analytical background with a performance-driven mindsetHands‑on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), email platforms, and CRM systemsSolid understanding of web analytics and trackingFluent in English; Arabic is an advantageStrategic thinker with a strong creative edgeData‑driven, analytical, and results‑orientedConfident leader with excellent communication skillsAbility to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environmentCurious, adaptable, and always ahead of digital trendsWhy Boutiqaat?At Boutiqaat, you won’t just join a company you’ll join a movement redefining e-commerce beauty and lifestyle retail.
