As a licensed EMI from the Saudi Central Bank, we empower companies with innovative tools to simplify finance management.</p><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>You’ll own SiFi’s digital growth engine. Your mission: drive measurable pipeline through smart demand‑gen, high‑quality lead generation, and data‑driven decision‑making.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Build and run always‑on demand‑generation and lead‑generation programs across paid social, search, and retargeting</li><li>Own email marketing: segmentation, automation flows, lifecycle campaigns, and performance optimization</li><li>Develop and execute account‑based marketing (ABM) plays for priority accounts</li><li>Analyze funnel performance, attribution, and campaign ROI — making decisions based on data, not guesswork</li><li>Maintain dashboards to track CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution</li><li>Own all digital marketing reporting: weekly, monthly, and campaign‑specific performance reports</li><li>Coordinate with sales to align campaigns with ICP, messaging, and lead quality expectations</li><li>Brief and manage external agencies/freelancers when needed</li><li>Continuously experiment with new channels, creatives, landing pages, and funnel optimizations</li><li>Prepare monthly demand‑gen plans tied to clear targets, budgets, and expected outcomes</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or Fintech</li><li>Strong experience in performance marketing, analytics, and marketing automation</li><li>Deeply data‑driven mindset — able to extract insights, identify patterns, and act fast</li><li>Strong reporting skills: dashboards, insights, and translating data into action</li><li>Self‑managed, organized, and effective in a remote setup</li><li>Excellent to Fluent in English is a MUST.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
