The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing online marketing strategies across multiple platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity analytical skills and a passion for driving business growth through digital channels.ResponsibilitiesStrategy and PlanningDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.Campaign ManagementPlan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO SEM email marketing social media and display advertising.Create and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads Facebook Instagram LinkedIn etc.Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.Content ManagementCollaborate with content writers and designers to produce highquality marketing materials.Manage the companys website ensuring it is optimized for user experience and search engines.Publish and schedule engaging content on social media platforms.SEO and AnalyticsConduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and other tools.Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Email Marketing and AutomationDesign and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.Implement and manage marketing automation tools for better efficiency.Collaboration and ReportingWork closely with sales design and development teams to align digital efforts with overall business goals.Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI.Key RequirementsEducation and ExperienceBachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.years of proven experience in digital marketing or related roles.Technical SkillsProficient in tools such as Google Ads Google Analytics Facebook Ads Manager SEMrush Ahrefs etc.Handson experience with content management systems (e.g. WordPress).Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp HubSpot).Core CompetenciesStrong understanding of SEO SEM social media marketing and content strategy.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Creative problemsolving and timemanagement abilities.Preferred Skills(Optional)Experience in ecommerce marketing or conversion rate optimization.Certifications in Google Analytics Google Ads or other relevant areas.#J-18808-Ljbffr
