This role combines market insight, design thinking, agile execution, and data-driven optimization to deliver scalable digital health solutions that enhance patient outcomes, improve operational efficiency, and support revenue growth. The Digital Health Product Manager effectively translates strategic objectives into impactful solutions through close collaboration with clinical, business, and technical stakeholders. Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) is considered an advantage.KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASProduct Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product vision, value proposition, and roadmap aligned with corporate goals and market trendsProduct Development & Lifecycle Management: Lead cross-functional squads through design, development, and launch, ensuring compliance and cybersecurity-by-designData-Driven Insight & AI Integration: Integrate analytics and AI capabilities for feature prioritisation, KPI monitoring, and product optimisationGo-to-Market Execution & Stakeholder Engagement: Manage product launches, drive adoption among clinicians and patients, and maintain alignment with internal and external stakeholdersREQUIRED EDUCATIONMaster’s degree in Health Informatics, Business Administration, Product Management, or equivalent.Or A post graduate degree in business or health administration and Project Management Certificate (PMP) is preferred.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE5+ years in product management of digital or healthcare technology products with 8+ years total professional experienceExperience in digital health product management (e.g., patient apps/portals, telemedicine, chronic disease programs, RPM, patient engagement journeys), and go-to-market execution.
