Digital Fan Engagement Specialist

OverviewWe are looking for a motivated, creative and passionate Digital Fan Engagement Executive to support the Club’s digital fan engagement activity. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or more experienced candidate who is eager to develop hands-on experience across digital campaigns, content creation, copywriting and graphic design within a professional football club environment.You will support the delivery of digital campaigns across the Club’s website, mobile app, CRM and fan engagement platforms, with a strong focus on creating engaging digital content and graphic design assets, helping to increase fan engagement, database growth, website traffic, app downloads and commercial performance across ticketing and retail.You should be comfortable with keyword research and know how to use popular search terms to write content that reaches more people and drives traffic. The role will also contribute to early-stage digital fan engagement planning for the Club’s future new stadium, supporting content, campaigns and digital communications linked to the stadium experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Content, Copywriting & DesignAssist in creating clear, engaging bilingual (Arabic & English) content for the Club’s growing digital estate, including the mobile app and recently launched website.Write short-form copy for CRM growth initiatives, including email, WhatsApp messages and push notifications aimed at increasing fan usage and engagement.Design digital assets such as banners, visuals and campaign graphics that support fan engagement and commercial objectives, in line with Club brand guidelines.Edit and update content and designs based on feedback to continuously improve performance and fan response.Digital Campaign & Fan Engagement SupportSupport the delivery of digital campaigns across CRM, website, app and fan engagement platforms, contributing to digital fan engagement and audience growth.Assist with initiatives focused on commercializing the Club’s digital estate, including promotional campaigns, partner content and revenue-driving communications.New Stadium Digital Fan Engagement (Support Role)Support digital content and fan engagement initiatives linked to the Club’s future new stadium.Assist in preparing digital communications that drive fan understanding, education and adoption related to stadium attendance, access and events.Contribute ideas to enhance the digital fan experience connected to match-days, events and stadium-based activities.Fan Insight & Growth SupportAssist with tracking engagement and campaign performance to help improve fan understanding, retention and growth across digital platforms.Support basic reporting and analysis related to CRM campaigns, app usage and content engagement.Departmental & Administrative SupportSupport the digital team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks, including documentation, scheduling, internal follow-ups and campaign support.RequirementsRecent graduate or entry-level experience with a strong interest in digital content, marketing and designFluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)Passion for football, sport and digital fan engagementBasic knowledge of Adobe Creative appsStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood time management, organization and attention to detailWillingness to learn and work collaboratively within a teamBenefitsWhy Join Al-Qadsiah?Be Part of the Legacy: Join a club that’s redefining the future of Saudi sports, striving to lead the competition and set new standards of excellence.Experience the Culture: Thrive in an environment that values quality, accountability, diversity, synergy, innovation, and ambition, while embracing harmony.
