Digital Engineer Supervision

We are looking for the Digital Engineer - Supervision for our Abu Dhabi location. The candidate is responsible for developing and executing the digital delivery strategy for construction supervision from proposal through implementation. This includes creating the BIM Execution Plan in alignment with project and client requirements in close coordination with the B&P Digital Team Directors Resident Engineers and Supervision Lead.Job DutiesPlan coordinate and implement digital solutions including digital forms reality capture and other innovative technologies to enhance onsite data capture and reporting improving the efficiency and effectiveness of construction supervision.Lead the planning design execution and administration of projects applying expertise in construction procedures design standards authority regulations zoning laws and applicable codes.Manage and deploy digital platforms and data collection tools including reality capture technologies to support real-time data analysis and informed decision-making.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure digital tools and workflows meet AECOM’s quality standards and comply with client and industry requirements.Provide training and ongoing support to AECOM site teams to facilitate the adoption of digital processes and technologies.Continuously explore and implement new digital solutions to drive innovation improve project delivery and enhance operational efficiency.QualificationsTypically a minimum of 7 years post-undergraduate experience.Bachelors Degree in a relevant Engineering field (i.e. Civil Mechanical Architectural Electrical Structural etc.) Postgraduate qualification in a digital-related field.Additional InformationAbout AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
