Digital Delivery Coordinator

Were looking for a detail-oriented and organized Digital Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab this role you will serve as a key facilitator in ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects and initiatives. You will coordinate between multiple stakeholders manage project timelines and maintain quality standards throughout the delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be efficient professional and committed to supporting our organizations digital transformation goals.Coordinate and manage digital project timelines milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time completionCommunicate project status updates to stakeholders clients and internal teams through regular reports and meetingsTrack project progress document outcomes and maintain comprehensive project records and documentationPerform quality assurance checks on digital outputs to ensure they meet organizational standards and client requirementsFacilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams including developers designers marketers and business analystsMonitor project budgets and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectivenessPrepare performance metrics dashboards and analytical reports for project review and stakeholder presentationsIdentify and troubleshoot delivery bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentumMaintain organized project repositories and ensure all documentation is current and accessibleSupport the onboarding and coordination of new team members on digital delivery projectsQualifications :Required Skills and Experience:Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira Asana or similar platformsStrong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilitiesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality assuranceAbility to analyze project data and create meaningful reports and visualizationsExperience with stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordinationPreferred Skills and Experience:Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and frameworksKnowledge of digital marketing web development or software delivery processesExperience with collaboration platforms such as Slack Microsoft Teams or ConfluenceUnderstanding of CRM systems and digital tools ecosystemBasic data analysis and process improvement experienceExperience working in fast-paced dynamic digital environmentsFamiliarity with quality assurance practices and testing methodologiesAdditional Information :About AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
