As our Digital Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online community through various social media platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for digital media and community building.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement within the online community- Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling content that is engaging and relevant to the target audience- Monitor online conversations and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth within the community- Collaborate with other teams to create campaigns that align with company goals and objectives- Analyze data and metrics to track performance and make recommendations for improvementRequirements:- Must be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)- Experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or organization- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with different audiences online- Strong understanding of social media trends, platforms, analytics, and best practices- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Prior experience in digital marketing or community management preferred but not requiredWe welcome applicants of all nationalities who are currently residing in El-Fujairah.
