Job Title: Digital Business Solutions Sales SpecialistEmployment Type: PermanentTarget Start Date: ASAPJob SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and highly motivated professional with rich Digital Business Solutions experience in order to help our customers achieving their digital transformation journeys. The position requires coordination and collaboration with Account Managers and Pre-sales Consultants to help in Lead qualification, forecasting, pipeline building, solutions presentations, proposal generation, and successfully closing business deals.Job ResponsibilitiesDrive new business for the Digital Business Solutions Unit among new and existing customersCollaborate with Account Management team and Pre-sales consultants to identify prospects, qualify leads, conduct Solutions presentationsHelp customers with articulating their business case for digital transformation initiatives and be their trusted SMEBuild and Manage Solid Sales PipelineStrengthening relations with existing customersEngage in discussions with CxO level and senior business teams about digital transformation initiatives and trends.Lead the proposal generation activities such as: responding to RFPs, coordinating with Technical sales team and with business partners on having the right solutionHelp in creating adequate understanding of GBM Digital Business Solutions offerings among our customers and build the trust with them.Report on fortnightly basis to sales manager on pipeline updatesQualifications & Education RequirementsProven track record in selling SW solutions to IT Professionals and Business Decision Makers (MUST Have)Has excellent Sales and Business Background10+ year of overall experience in SW Solutions (Delivery and/or Sales), 5+ years of which in sales (MUST Have)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to C-level executivesAbility to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.Go-Getter committed to customer success and business resultsVery good sales or delivery knowledge and/or experience of IBM or other vendor solutions and platforms. Areas of focus are: Analytics, Information Management, BigData, Integration, Business Process Management, Customer Experience, AI, IoT, RPA…Bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalentExcellent capability in understanding customer digital transformation drivers and priorities and helping in articulating them in a business caseFollow market trends and changes to propose relevant solutions to customers and influence IT and Business teams’ decision.Existing Customer Relations (with CxO level) in Government, Public and commercial sectors is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
