<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>Urgent requirement for<b>Digital Banking&ATM Operations Specialist</b>for our banking client in Sharjah, UAE.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Strong experience in end-to-end ATM management, upgrades, and compliance</li><li>Strong experience in Internet/Mobile Banking integration and issue resolution</li><li>Strong experience in managing projects, vendors, and internal teams effectively</li><li>Strong Banking Domain experience</li><li>Provide day-to-day (BAU) operational support for ATM, CCDM, Internet Banking, and Mobile Banking platforms.</li><li>Monitor digital channel availability, incidents, and performance to ensure service continuity.</li><li>Handle customer complaints and service requests related to digital channels and coordinate timely resolution.</li><li>Coordinate with IT, Operations, Contact Centre, Branches, and external vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.</li><li>Support ATM and CCDM activities including monitoring, preventive maintenance, installations, relocations, and vendor follow-ups.</li><li>Assist with cash-related monitoring, reconciliation support, and regulatory / Central Bank reporting requirements.</li><li>Participate in UAT, SIT, regression testing, and post-implementation validation for digital channel enhancements and projects.</li><li>Prepare test cases, execute testing, log defects, and follow up with vendors and internal teams for fixes.</li><li>Support Core Banking and Digital Channel upgrade initiatives as outlined in the approved business case.</li><li>Maintain MIS, operational dashboards, and service quality reports for Digital Channels.</li><li>Support fraud monitoring, risk mitigation, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Provide after-hours or standby support for critical digital channel incidents when required.</li></ul><h3>Required Experience&Knowledge</h3><ul><li>Banking experience with exposure to Digital Channels (ATM, CCDM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking).</li><li>Good understanding of banking operations, customer service processes, and electronic channel support.</li><li>Hands‑on experience in digital channel operations, incident management, and vendor coordination.</li><li>Experience supporting system enhancements, upgrades, and testing activities is preferred.</li></ul><h3>Skills&Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or professional operations qualification preferred.</li><li>Strong coordination, and problem‑solving skills.</li><li>Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital banking systems.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
