Join us.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Digital Asset & BIM Manager to lead digital delivery, information management, and BIM implementation across a complex, large‑scale infrastructure programme.Key RequirementsMinimum 15 years of experience in BIM, digital engineering, or information management on major design and/or construction projectsProven experience developing and implementing BIM strategies, standards, and workflowsStrong knowledge of digital asset management, data governance, and common data environmentsMust have held a similar Digital Asset, BIM Manager, or equivalent leadership role on at least one comparable projectExperience on technically complex, large‑scale infrastructure programmes is highly desirableMiddle East, particularly UAE experience, is a strong advantageKey ResponsibilitiesLead BIM implementation and digital delivery across the programme lifecycleEstablish and manage the Common Data Environment and information management processesOversee model coordination, data integration, and digital asset requirementsEnsure compliance with project BIM standards, protocols, and client requirementsCoordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders on digital workflowsSupport handover of accurate as‑built models and asset informationQualificationsDegree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)Additional InformationAbout AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
