ARN has ten radio stations, including Dubai Eye, Virgin Radio, Al Arabiya and Hit – reaching over 200 nationalities and 4 million listeners each week in seven languages.Building on ARN’s commitment to embracing the future and being able to provide access to the best marketing platforms in the region, MPN by Dubai Holding Entertainment is a multimedia sales house, operating premium out-of-home assets, video production, event sponsorship and activations.Job OverviewWhat you’ll be responsible forAs the Senior HSE Manager, you will provide leadership, structure, and assurance across both corporate and operational environments, acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders and frontline teams alike.At a corporate level, you will:Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Health, Safety & Environment Management System across DHETranslate regulatory and strategic requirements into clear, practical guidance and standardsOversee inspections, audits, and monitoring to ensure alignment with statutory and internal requirementsAct as a key point of coordination with regulators, including Dubai MunicipalityDrive group-wide initiatives such as near-miss reporting and safety performance monitoringAt a business unit level, you will:Support operations with hands-on HSE expertise tailored to leisure and entertainment environmentsEstablish and support HSE committees, embedding accountability and ownership at site levelGuide risk identification and mitigation across public safety, operational safety, process safety, and occupational healthDevelop emergency preparedness and response frameworks, including drills and testingLead incident and near-miss investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and sustainedBuild capability through targeted HSE training, awareness, and engagementHow success will be measuredYour impact will be visible and measurable through:Strong regulatory compliance across all supported business unitsEffective HSE audits covering guest, employee, and operational safetyClear, practical standards and guidance that are adopted and applied consistentlyImproved safety performance, reporting, and proactive risk managementWhat we’re looking forThis role suits a confident, credible HSE leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels.You will bring:A Bachelor’s degree and NEBOSH National or International Diploma5 years’ experience + across Health, Safety and Environment rolesDeep knowledge of HSE management systems and regulatory frameworksStrong familiarity with Dubai Municipality and local regulatory requirementsExperience conducting audits, inspections, and investigations in complex operational environmentsThe ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate effectively across diverse stakeholdersAdditional strengths that will set you apart:Lead or Internal Auditor certificationExperience within leisure, entertainment, facilities, or high-risk public environmentsA practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detailWho you’ll work withInternally, you will partner closely with Operations, Human Capital, Procurement, and Facilities teams. Externally, you will engage with regulators, c
